Communication Assets for Change- A Behaviorally Informed Approach

Project Safal Shuruaat employed a comprehensive array of Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) tools and techniques to effectively drive behaviour change and achieve lasting impact. In developing the SBCC tools, Project Safal Shuruaat followed a dual approach by adapting and building upon existing government-endorsed communication materials, while also introducing new and innovative tools and techniques. The final curated communication kit included a range of behaviourally informed tools such as audio-visual films, social media communication materials, audio content, visual aids, demonstration tools, message reinforcement tools, nudge tools and reminder giveaways, games, self-efficacy tools, and rewards and recognition, that was delivered by programme messengers through the various intervention touchpoints.
